As a French im telling you this crêpe is just wrong. It’s a sweet dough usually and rightfully used for sweet garnished crêpes only, just as nutella crepe, sugar butter crêpe, salted butter caramel cream crepe and whatever you want. But putting saviory is just selling shit for tourists. The real saviory crepe is made out of buckwheat and looks darker and tastes completely better and different. It just as wrong as putting ham and cheese into a croisssant. I’m not even pissed at you liking that, it’s just that these guys kinda take advantage of tourists who wont know they’re being taken for money bags. I’m sure it’s edible but it just feels so wrong .😑
